It’s often said that a million monkeys locked in a room with a typewriter will eventually — albeit probably after an eternity — create Hamlet. So I guess that’s part of the appeal of National Novel Writing Month, the brainchild of California columnist Chris Baty. Jolene cued me in, and she’s even committed herself to the word rush.
