Fifteen Bytes

Last week, I talked to a Reuters reporter based in Washington D.C. about podcasting and HawaiiUP. In addition to a long conversation, I sent him a four-page e-mail missive with more thoughts and background.

Exactly one sentence made it into the final piece. Having worked in print, though, that sounds about right.

The neat thing about chatting with a wire service is that the same story can get picked up anywhere. From CNN to the Washinton Post, from the New Zealand Herald to the Indian Express to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
