Tech Breakfast Tackles Hawaii Tech IP

On Thursday, two experts will offer advice to Hawaii technology companies on intellectual property issues and navigating the global marketplace. Their presentations are featured in this month’s HISciTech Tech Download, a monthly networking breakfast organized by the Hawaii Science & Technology Council. Shan Steinmark, founder of Strategic Transitions Research, Inc., will cover “Building Hawaii’s High Tech Industry Through Intellectual Property.” And Hank Wuh, founder and CEO of Cellular Bioengineering, Inc., will cover “Competing Globally from Hawaii.”

The HiSciTech Tech Download will be held at The Pacific Club (1451 Queen Emma St.) from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 9. The cost is $15 for HiSciTechMembers, $20 for non members. To RSVP, call 536-4670 or e-mail [email protected].
