Smartphones make hearing aids more accessible

My late mother went through several hearing aids, each costing thousands of dollars. And while the specialized technology has made great strides over the years, smartphones and earbuds have been disrupting the space from the consumer side. KITV’s Diane Ako took a look at some of these more affordable solutions in her weekly “Aging Well” segment.
