This weekend?? Bummer we’re not going to be home- we’re gonna be in Kona all weekend! Our first “family vacation” (which really is just an excuse to see what kinds of goodies we can buy for Vanessa in Kona since Hilo is completely lacking in baby stuff).
THIS WEEKEND??? Bummer is right! I’m in town, and wanted to see you this weekend. Alas, I’ll be back in 4 weeks. I’ll see you then!
Sorry I haven’t called. I was on Kauai on Monday, Kona on Tuesday, Kauai on Wednesday, Honolulu on Thursday, and Kauai on Friday. Not much time for fun.

I thought I recognized that little family sitting on the bench in front of the store!! I would’ve gone to introduce myself but I was helping a lady look for some earrings. When I looked again you guys had disappeared. Bummer.
